First, what two transformations do you think Shapeshifter should be able to use:
goo .gl/forms/yFppOrSVsdpylnqJ2
Second, should Subclasses be released as they are created, or should we make all of them first before releasing them:
goo .gl/forms/hiijaTq6GvjdUOOj2

Doesn't have any cool or "wow" factor to it.
so seems a bit meh
What is this "wow" factor you are talking about? These are two of the potential 4 transformations that Shapeshifter will be able to use. As much as I'd love to make more, you have to realize that each transformation needs its own movement, animation, abilities, immunities, and attacks.
We're a 4-man team with 1 sprite artist, 2 Lua programmers, and 1 JSON coder, all of whom work or go to college. There's not much we can do :(
An impressive display brought on by a certain object, behavior or person."
example : although dishonored managed to make it cool to transform into a rat, there is more "wow" factor to transforming into a dragon over a rat.
ho, 4 transformations already well good luck with that. ;)
-to make your life simpler maybe the shapeshifter could transform into one or more of the other general races (human/floran/glitch/avali ....) just a suggestion though.
Well, you didn't have to go so in detail, but thanks anyway :p One of the transformations will definitely have wow factor, but the two you choose here are the 'energyless' ones.
however I have actually refrained from choosing an affinity cause they are way too powerful
Edit: Feel free to post any Affinity related balance discussion in the Balance/Bug Thread, and I'll be sure to read everything :)
