Not sure if it was my S+ item collector or the Automated Ark Egg Crate. Item collector only picks up pearls and paste. Egg Crate is picking up fertilized and unfertilized eggs. I imagine the Egg Crate picked up the Ootheca thinking it was a fertilized egg but it vanished and was not in the crate. It was also not in the item collector, or any of the automated ark storage places.
