Is there any government types that correspond to a semi-constitutional monarchy?
Exactly what it says on the tin. If so, I want to know how to get it, since........well, I am trying to explain a friend how to translate real world historical and modern countries into Stellaris gameplay terms and I have NO IDEA how to do that (one of the countries that came up was Imperial Japan, so there's that).

The game is a simulation of reality. So the simple conditions in this mod cannot be used to copy a regime well. (Not to mention that many of them are inconsistent with reality, one-sided and misunderstood)
The original author of this mod is a Russian. Like the subsequent developers, they are from European and American cultural circles. So they may not take into account the concept of East Asian cultural circle.

Modification location of Government Types

Ethics: Fanatical Militarist, Authoritarian, Xenophobe, Cooperative
Authority: the Dictatorship is Nazi Germany, and the Imperial is Japanese Empire.
Government types: You may need to create a "military Mikado" or something.
