Found the issue. It's due to a server-client version difference as I organised all the folders in my mod with this last version. The server is trying to display models that have been moved to a different file location.

Updating the server to the latest version will resolve this.

Not sure if bug or what it is, but the Griffon armor you made only seems to work with your modded griffons and not ones that are "vanilla" to Ark, it also seems to be the same with the Gendering. your griffons have genders but the "vanilla" griffons still remain genderless.

ah, also i just noticed that there is a 1-2 second delay in animations when going from the ground to flying mode, unlike the vanilla griffins where its instinat and looks like its kicking off the ground.

The animation delay issue has been found and will be resolved in the next update.

Griffon works when spawned but has 0 HP and will not increase when leveling up HP... Also dies in one hit.

[Edit] Correction, only the Arctic Griffin has the 0 HP issue. Both Mountain and Pygmy have HP.
