I think it should be a support weapon to help out with damage instead of just shoot and hope.

A support weapon should have less damages and more clip size than this.
And yes, can extinguish teammates (come on, is this a support gun or not ?) and reveal spies.
But again, i don't understand its purpose. Demoman is a really offensive class, he is the first guy on the point so he doesn't have teammates with him -> support gun useless (at least in competitive, but this could be neat in casual).
Even with all my criticism, thank you for the stat suggestion because i'm pissed off of all those workshop weapons that simply have more damages/clip size but less attack speed/some ♥♥♥♥ like that, not creative at all and just boring. A support weapon is a great idea but it needs more adjustments.

Coats victims in stuff (an opaque jarate like texture would look weird) that makes victims take minicrits for 6-7 seconds
Projectile explodes on impact with anything (even enemy bullets?¿?¿?¿?)

Jarate except it's op because it basically a cooldownless jarate with a limit but it could just be refilled easily. My point is that people would be constantly taking mini crits

Basically only direct hits deal damage, the actual explosion just coats enemies in jarate and nothing else.

+deals extreme knockback on hit against enemy players (even worse than the force of nature)
+ 25 health on user
- deals -100% damage to players
- Carries only five grenades in ammunition
- has a -75% clip size reduction
- projectiles shatter on surfaces
- 50% explosion radius

no direct damage against players; but this weapon still keeps Demoman's intent of screwing with engineers. It also improves slightly on Demoknight and allows a nice support niche if you can hit your shots.

A single shot but powerful grenade launcher.

Pros:
- +20% Damage Bonus (120 damage)
- Extra Bouncy
- Can detonate when impacting players after the grenade bounces off a surface.
-No damage falloff from blast radius

Cons:
-Only 1 grenade in the weapon
- Only 12 grenades in reserve
- 25% longer reload speed

Designed to be when you want to deal massive damage around corners but don't want to peak. The main drawback is you loose a lot of self-defense when using it. Especially if you miss your target.

An Idea could be,
(+ -) Grenades don't bounce
+ explosion covers a smallish area that slows enemies
- 1 less grenade
- 10% less damage
+ 15% faster reload

Can Extinghish team mates, 1 shot per clip so it would have 20% radius, covers people in paint which allows people to see em through walls, all damage is minicrits or it just makes enemies take minicrits and also slows enemy movement by 10-20% or getting hit by this disables the ability to double jump, ubercharge or charge
