Updated for 1.16.1 - ironman incompatiable (no achievements)
Mod should be compatible with any other mod
Allows a new wargoal that allows justifying in 1 day
Still keeps government rules for war
IS IT BALANCED? lol, no

anyone still using an older version you can continue using it even through it says outdated - it'll work

im gonna look into the problem this week. When the new hoi4 update came out, i tested the mod and it didnt seem to have a problem.

Yes it works for multiplayer, both players need it enabled
