Would it be possible to get a version of this building without the parking? It would make the asset more customizable. The newer parkings are definitely far superior to what we had when you originally made this asset.

@Tomas, I kinda thought that. I came up with a fix, I moved the building back from the road and ran a small road along the front off of the main road and made a one way loop to manage the traffic. This works well. Have implemented this strategy now to other high delivery traffic structures. I appreciate the reply

Your building is absolutely great!! I do however have a request. Is it possible for you to fix the building where the AI deliveries go to the back of the building? I have had to move this building twice, now onto a 4-lane with turn lane at a dead-end. The delivery trucks are so many that they keep a steady line backed up while waiting to be next to deliver their goods. I am forced to put the building at a dead-end just to make it easy for delivery vehicles, and to keep from backing up traffic for 2 blocks

@manollobango Yes, of course. That new RICO mod is a testing version. Once that has been confirmed stable, the old version will be updated.

The RICO mod isn't longer supported but there is another one. Does your Asset work with the new one ?

Why do you have to use these special props? most people won't even notice them ingame. It sucks for low budget users to have to download different props for every asset and have them slowing our game at the end of the day.
