Miyagi Motors - back high roof

Factory floor - this version has an extra high roof. Works both on it's own or together with the rest of the complex. Without the RICO mod this is just a park that doesn't do anything. Atm it wants ALOT of highly educated workers - I will tweek this when possible through the RICO mod.
