Miyagi Motors factory complex (RICO)

Description
Factory floor with offices in front - this version has raised edges of the roof making it great for ends. Works both on it's own or together with the rest of the complex. Without the RICO mod this is just a park that doesn't do anything. Atm it wants ALOT of highly educated workers - I will tweek this when possible through the RICO mod.

@toastghost73: Actually it is - unless you're using the RICO mod. If you're annoyed it's in the park category here on Steam, then I'm sorry, but that's completely out of my control. The workshop is a terrible mess, but unless Valve decides to make some changes we'll just have to live with this.
