60 second turn times, which can be adjusted via INI
Time does not pass when the game is paused
Time does not pass when your soldiers are performing their actions

Adds 3 new epic tier armor upgrades to my loot mod.
These armor upgrades increase your turn timer when equipped.

Overrides UIPauseMenu
Grimy's Highlander Mod is needed if you want mission timers to still appear.

Did you know Firaxis, at some point, intended to implement a Challenge Mode
This challenge mode would have been a seeded daily with a leaderboard
And challenge mode missions would have had turn timers
