Atmospheric Power Thrusters (updated)

Description
The original Atmospheric Thrusters were too weak in my opinion so I've made a simple mod that adds (not replaces) a new set and makes them a little cheaper and a lot more powerful:

- Bit less motors required
- 3x thrust power

this is the updated version of http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=555526375 which I couldn't update because I had deleted the files from my pc

I don't know, I haven't been playing SE lately because my graphicscard died. you could try testing it in singleplayer to see for yourself?
