Description
Scots Pine Tree by MrMaison

NOW UPDATED FOR SNOWFALL!

By request from a fellow city builder, jesper107, on Simtropolis, I present to you a Scots Pine tree.

This is the first variation. There will be more in the future with more gnarly branches and bigger crowns.
It is not easy making these older types of pine trees for this game, I hope I did this tree justice.

STATS:
2002 tris
1024 texture map.
A taller tree than most.

I strongly suggest getting Boformer's Random Tree Rotation mod so the trees are not all facing the same way in view

SilverWind- It's supposed to be one of the tallest trees in the collection. It is as intended.

This thing is rather large compared to anything else I have in my tree collection. Feels way out of proportions.

@FourteenChief- I have an i7-4930k and 16gigs of RAM. So far I used my trees heavily without problems but I never had 1,000,000 Cims at the same time yet. The best thing to do is use my trees in the most important areas of your maps and just use the native trees as fillers and for the outer parts of your map where you will rarely take any screenshots or visit. I'd say just push it any see where your limits are.

I´ve looked at your awesome tree collection. I don´t know how many times. Just wonder what kind of GPU you recommend to Cities skylines so I can plop your trees wisely/wastefully? Sorry if my english aint perfect. I have around 800+ assets(after three clearances) and 50+ mods installed atm.

I do have a decent CPU i7 4770k and 16gig of ram. I´ve search and search for test and stuff. Finded out that Cities Skylines is a heavy CPU bound game, some say GPU. But CPU sounds likely to me. If you haven´t notised it already. Computers aint my best friends ,-)
Such a f***ing jungle :)

Thx for some advice and great creations you´re sharing. Well done
