This building is a recreation of Bluerise Plaza, a dense commercial building found in Simcity 3000 Unlimited, in the Asian tileset.

The basics:

*Found in Unique Buildings, Level 5.
*6x6 lot.
*The custom model is 3,392 triangles.
*Includes custom LOD with custom textures. The LOD is 562 tris. The LOD textures are 512x512.
*Includes diffuse, specular, normal, and illumination textures at 2048x2048.
*Costs $65,000 in-game.

Love this building! Any plans for further SC3K adaptations? I'd kill for a Skylines version of Quigley Insurance

It would be great if you could make this asset 1:1.5 and make it office growable. That would be paerfect!

this building looks fantastic, but for me it produced an unreasonable amount of crime. Despite me having placed two police stations either side of it, it continued to suffer from high crime. So I cannot use this asset further i hopet his can be fixed

If possible, can we have hi-tech industries next from SC4? Having more SC4 updated Bats (assets) would be awesome. :)

It is beautiful. You even match the style of the game perfect. It blends well with existing buildings so it is not out of place - but of course remains a grand tribute to SC3000. Thank you so much for these and I hope you will continue building. I'm not sure how to comment @ you so I can make a recommendation but 2 of my favorite SC3000 buildings are the "Federal Building" and "Justin Brown Plaza". Would love to see these once you get a chance and have completely updated all your buildings for AD. Thank you!!!
