Introducing the EVC F-207 Kestrel V5, the latest collaboration between Engineered Coffee Industries and Volsung Industries. This sleek, versatile exploration ship is the pinnacle of localized reconnaissance and is purpose-built to scout and survey potential threats and anomalies within your local star system.

Features & Capabilities

While not intended for direct combat engagements, the Kestrel V5 is more than capable of defending itself and ensuring a safe retreat. Its well-rounded design seamlessly blends utility, defense, and comfort to support extended missions.

Defensive Systems: Equipped with a top-mounted dual gatling gun for point defense and a belly-mounted quad autocannon turret, the Kestrel V5 offers a powerful deterrent. To aid in evasion, it features two wing-tip decoys and a rear decoy.

Utility & Exploration: This ship has everything you need for long-duration missions. It features a generous cargo capacity, a survival kit, multiple hydrogen and oxygen tanks, and an O2/H2 generator for life support and fuel. A single cryopod is included for emergencies, alongside two beds, a shower, and a toilet.

Mobility: The Kestrel V5 uses a combination of ion, hydrogen, and atmospheric thrusters, giving it the ability to navigate effortlessly between planets and deep space.

Ergonomics: The ship's interior is fully airtight and features a pilot seat, two support/gunner seats, and lookout windows from the living quarters. A gravity generator provides comfortable artificial gravity, and a belly-mounted sensor manages interior lighting to conserve power when not in use.

Power & Logistics: Powered by two independent reactors, the Kestrel V5 ensures reliable energy. Port and starboard connection points allow for easy docking, refueling, and cargo management.

Design & Collaboration

Inspired by the Trade Runner ship, the Kestrel V5 showcases a unique, collaborative paint job by Engineered Coffee and Aegir Builds & Beats. This ship represents a new chapter in our joint venture, a first look into the future of our combined efforts.
