This mod made adds a dynamic if the country change government ideology, it will change color/colours.

Inspired by an old mod

Changed the colors/colours of warlords to distinct themselves from china
Changed the color/colours of japan and its puppets
slightly change the color/colours of fascist Germany to dark grey
added ideology colors/colours to South america
