This updated version fixes the issue where the blueprint background does not appear on research conducted with MIOs.

This is Ironman compatible just like the original.

This should be compatible with RT56, Kaiserreich, World Ablaze (5.8), and End of a New Beginning just like the original.

It also should be compatible with every mod that doesn't change the GUI of the tech trees.
