German Civil War Overhaul beta 0.4.7

This mod is meant to be an entire overhaul of the German Civil war, giving many new possible focus branches, leaders, and easter eggs. this is my first official mod, so apologies for any errors.

Developer Notes:
- mod may not work well or up to par without DLCs

- this mod is still in production and is not yet complete

- random crashes or errors are possible, if this happens, simply record when the game crashes and comment below.

- Possible Leaders - : Hermann Goring, Heinrich Himmler, Otto Strasser, Otto Wels, Karl Jarres, Council of Worker Unions, Ernst Thalmann, Wilhelm Pieck, Council of Generals, Otto Paetel, Carl Schmitt, Ludwig Beck, Rundstedt, Manstein, Kaiser wilhelm III, Kaiser wilhelm II, Kaiser Maximilian Eugen, Kaiser Louis Ferdinand IV, Kaiser Alexander I, Ferdinand Claus von Stauffenberg, Konrad Adenauer, The German People, Karl Donitz, Alfred Hugenberg, Ernst Toller, and Axel von Freytagh‑Loringhoven.

- Formable Nations - (only non vanilla is listed): The Anarchist State, the German Federal Republic, the German People's Reich, the German State, The German State of Sovereign Authority, The Greater German State, The Greater German Reich, Anarchist State, the Holy Roman Empire, the Greater Holy Roman Empire, the Roman Empire, The Kaiserreich.

- The base game political focus tree IS still available when booting up the game, (due to my inability to remove it sustainably), however, using the base game political focus tree may cause crashes, glitch, not work as intended, or fail entirely, and is thus not suggested.

- Focus Tree Paths: - Citizen Equality, Worker Compensation, The Council of Generals, The General (Manstein, Rundstedt, Beck), The Kaiser (wilhelm II, or wilhelm III), The Military Encircles berlin! (Military coup), Corporatism, Widespread Riots (Anarchy), The Naval coup, the Wehrstaat (Military Technocracy),and the Supreme Royal cabinet (Monarcho fascism).

- I encourage everyone to stay patient as this mod is just in beta and is not nearly complete yet. Some focuses don't have pretty names, some focus branches aren't complete, and some focuses have no in game affect. All of this will be worked on and completed by the time of the complete release.
