Description

修复“引进大国制造商MIO”中的BUG，删除了各国纯白板制造商，仅保留有黄色特质的制造商，增加了了丹麦，挪威，芬兰的制造商，德国、日本替换为CA系列MOD中的制造商（不用订阅原MOD）

6.16：
1、增加比利时制造商（谁知道你浓眉大眼的比利时也有高机动飞机制造商和堪比毛瑟的枪厂，比利时的雷诺和威克斯还给英法，哪有分厂比原厂强的道理）
2、删除空白决议
3、修复美国制造商部分特质没法点的BUG
4、增加英文版本
5、增加波兰、匈牙利、奥地利制造商

可以，但可能需要点时间，我暂时先会做英语适配，之后会另外发布一个去除互斥的版本
