OWB - BM Frontline AI Patch

Description
A minor mod created to patch the techs of Old World Blues into the scripts of Better Mechanics: Frontline AI.

I'm unsure if it works as intended as I'm far less familiar with AI-side modding than I am player-side modding, so if there's errors please let me know.

To be exact, it just replaces the motorized_infantry tech requirement in armored with bike_tech_1 and removes the AI's desire to build research facilities since they're not in OWB (yet), like I said it's minor

Up to date as of 5.1.1a
