Outpost Vugar D2-1
Smallish self-sufficient outpost with a garage. Most conveyors and fuctional blocks are easily reachable, so good as a quickstart base for one to expand on planets.

@Neocite Yes because it lists all the blocks i used. However you can always subscribe and paste the blueprintinto your world, it just won't place blocks of DLC you do not own. From some DLC i only used a couple decorative blocks (like from Contact), while others I used a lot more (Industrial).
