Balatro Menu Background

Description
Balatro's menu background with customizable colors, and visual aspects. Has a clock with animated text, similar to Balatro's text animations, also adds a customizable card with interactable aspects such as dragging and hover effects. I tried to make it as similar to Balatro's UI feel as possible, I think i did that pretty good for what it is, enjoy.

I love this mod! It would be amazing if you could add an option to make the card Polychrome and other to have multiple jokers and cards at the same time in the screen :steamhappy:
