Adds Lt. James Patterson from the Medal of Honor games to your country's operative pool!

You have to use a decision to add him to the pool, and then recruit him there!

woodcastle, per your request, two specific people i could name are lieutenant colonel john malcolm thorpe fleming churchill and Bill Millin. (both were in D-Day)
