[VOCALOID] Pax Divarum

Description
The hills of hope, lie faraway yonder;
Even the lamenting songs, shall not be heard.

Pax Divarum is a simple submod for Hearts of Iron: 1984 mod created by bees (Redux version by edsa). Inspired by Senbonzakura, This is the Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee and The Evillious Chronicles, the mod aims to add Vocaloid-related content while preserving the unique tone and aesthetics of the original mod.

Thanks to recent AI updates, both bookmarks can now reach an acceptable frame rate even on mid-end CPUs.

All portraits used in the submod are taken from SEGA's Hatsune Miku Project Diva MEGA39's+.

While I created this mod for personal use, my friends convinced me to share it on workshop. So I hope Vocaloid fans can enjoy it!

Features:
Realistic and aesthetically consistent portraits for leaders & generals.
Custom country leader traits.
Custom country flags.
Custom generals for England, Soviet Union and China.
Vocaloid generals are now dynamically assigned to player-controlled totalitarian nations.
New nation & ideology color schemes.
Flavor text rewrites.
Custom naval ship names.
Tweaks to AI behavior for a faster experience and fewer stalemates.
Now compatible with TNO GUI.

Original mod bug fixes:
1.Fixed the air force priority "Support the Army" not having any other bonuses except air experience gain.
2.Fixed the default admirals having very low combat stats.
3.Fixed the free nations not joining the Resistance in time when playing with the second bookmark due to insufficient world tension. Now they start as Resistance members in the second bookmark.
4.Fixed democratic TUR being called "Socialism".
5.Fixed communist PRC being called "Chinese"
6.Fixed the dynamic nations' focus "Hostile Environments" not being properly aligned.
7.Fixed certain news events showing their immediate effects.
8.Fixed certain totalitarian nations not having proper naval prefixes and ship names.
9.Deleted erroneous territorial claims and cores.
10.Remade the default generals and admirals into characters for better compatibility with NSB's officer corps system.
