I made this mod thanks to Bolshevik Remover thanks a lot

this mod is a lot of fun actually there are a lot of islands and states, incredibly fun sea battles turn with this :D

But I belive I encountered a bug in Finland focus tree - I can't do "Enhance southren infrastructure"
