Rocket Raccoon from Marvel Rivals, is now available in SFM!

This addon has the following:
- Original rigging.
- All assets for Rocket Raccon from the game has been ported.
- Has Rocket Raccoon's alternative skin on some models (Not all models has the alternative skin textures).
- Bones renamed into TF2 bip bones.
- All models has Fake PBR materials.
