Note that Reforged Eden 2 is still a Beta. As it continues to upgrade towards its release, this ship may get broken.

The Torrent is a late game Battleship that comes with a lot of space for upgrades. Including a full setup of heavy weapons, multiple additional turrets, full shield upgrades, full plasma turbines and Drone bays. Also includes an Astra module bay (intended for a module with a repair bay on top) and a generous hangar.

It also comes with substantial spare space at the front to add even more armor, enabling it to be turned into an armor tank.

The Stock layout is built with enough Armor and Shield to tackle early drone and legacy stuff as well as Zirax up to and including the imerat (Kamirat might work as well, untested). With the usual caveat: If flown right!

As a module I recommend my updated Repair Module, as the ship otherwise lacks production capability at the stock layout:
