@travien_ff Thanks for the answer. I was specifically interested in whether this was a conscious choice or a technical limitation. Well, we can only hope that the developers will allow greater modding freedom in the official API in the future.
In the past they have mentioned modifying the game files or the game's code like that is not allowed, nor would such a thing be able to be included within a scenario. Both good reasons for us not to try it.
