Bodily Functions
Welcome to a level of realism a surprising amount of people desire. The whole zombie thing isn't tame enough, why not make it worse?

⚠️ Disclaimers
  • Early Access: Actively in development. Expect bugs.
  • New Save Recommended: May work with old saves, but issues might occur.
  • No B41 Support: For Build 42+ only. For B41, try Defecation Mod or Urination Mod.
  • Some Features WIP: Options marked with * aren't implemented yet.


✅ Current Features
  • 💧 Core Functions: Pee and poop as part of survival.
  • 📊 GUI Stats: Track bladder and bowel needs in a new bathroom tab.
  • 🎭 Moodles: Urge indicators and soiled clothing effects.
  • 🚽 Surface Support: Use toilets, urinals, outhouses, or the ground.
  • 🪣 Containers: Pee in bottles or jars.
  • 👕 Clothing Effects: Textures, moodles, and penalties for soiling.
  • 💦 Urine Puddles & 💩 Feces: Physical impacts of your bodily functions.
  • ⚠️ Urgency Hiccups: Random animations, sounds, and accident chance when urge is high.
  • 🧬 New Traits: Traits that affect bladder and bowel capacity.
  • 🧻 Wiping System: Optional, skipping causes problems.

🐛 Known Issues
  • Moodle Conflict with Lifestyle mod UI. Disable bodily needs related options in Lifestyle's sandbox settings.


🎮 How to Use
  • Check Needs: Open player menu > Excretion tab.
  • Relieve Yourself: Right-click near valid surfaces.
  • Watch for Urges: Moodles and animations give warnings. Jog to cancel.
  • Cleaning Up:
    • Pee: Water only.
    • Poop: Soap + water.

Think I'm gonna make like 2 or 3 more updates (way smaller than v0.6, like 1 big feature per rather than 100 small changes), and take it off of early access. Currently the mod comes with an up to date one, and a "Fallback" version in case the up to date one has errors I missed, but I'm probably gonna do the opposite. "Bodily Functions", and "Bodily Functions (Preview)".

Might make finding bugs slightly harder for me but at least it'll be a lot more stable.

@MonkeyShark It was actually always an option I just don't think many people bother to look at sandbox settings. You can disable a lot of the lifestyle functionalities people tend to complain about.

@Cyrisa Just disable bathroom needs for lifestyle and enable this mod. it's what I do and it works perfectly.

@Cyrisa I've been told that's a problem only the other dev can fix. I have options to disable Urination or Defecation (even though right now that's the whole mod lol), but I don't think the other mod author does.

Is this patched to work with lifestyle's bathroom need? If not they could pair well long as this system takes over.
