Ship Building for all Vampire Coast Generals

Greetings,
This mod add the ship building mechanic (horde mechanic) of the legendary vampire coast lords to all generals of the Vampire Coast. Thats it :)

Please have in mind that added buildings to this mechanic through other mods doesnt show up on the generic lords. This has technically reasons. Feel free to ask for submods, maybe i find the time to make one.

Have fun! Dont forget to check the recommended mods, normally my full play of a vampire coast campaign use these.

FAQ:
Q: Why does some of my Generals doesnt have the ship mechanic?
A: Every general added by other mods need a specific submod to make this work. In most cases added legendary lords have this, but new generic lords doesnt.
