[OBSOLETE] RollBack Rain Collector Barrel

Adds a rollback version of the rain collector barrel from Build 41.

You can craft it by right-clicking on the ground -> Carpentry -> Furniture -> Rain Collector Barrel.

When crafted through the ground -> Carpentry -> Furniture, it becomes the Build 41 version of the rain collector barrel.

If crafted through the Building Menu -> Outdoors menu, it becomes the Build 42 version of the rain collector barrel.

4. Plumbing can be connected in basements.
Since the visible basement terrain often doesn’t match its actual location, if you wish to connect plumbing in a basement, it is recommended to use the Plumb Helper PLUS [B42] mod.

5. To ensure rainwater accumulates even outside loaded chunks,
enable the "Fixing the Rain Update Bug" option in the sandbox settings.

6. In Build 42, there are two types of garbage bags: TrashBag and GarbageBag.
The rain collector barrel can only be crafted using GarbageBag.
The mod includes a recipe to convert TrashBag into GarbageBag, which can be used if needed.

7. The capacity unit of the rain collector barrel is in liters (L) instead of milliliters (ml).
When pouring water into the barrel, make sure to do so in 1000ml increments.

8. This mod is compatible with the Irrigation Pipe Mod.
Water synchronization and watering crops work correctly.
If vanilla fertilizer is fixed in the future, an automatic fertilizing feature will also be added.

1. Sinks and washing machines must be located indoors.
2. The rain collector barrel must be newly crafted through the right-click "Carpentry" menu on the ground.
3. The rain collector barrel must be placed "Outdoors" (otherwise, rainwater won't accumulate).
4. Demolishing the walls or roof of a pre-existing building on the map does not change its designation to "Outdoor."
(The "Indoor" designation is fixed based on coordinates.)
5. A pipe wrench is required.
6. The rain collector barrel must be located directly above the sink or washing machine within a 3x3 range.
7. For the same reason as above, it is not possible to connect pipes across more than two floors simultaneously.
8. Once all the preparations above are complete, right-click the sink and select "Plumb"

1. Fixing the Rain Update Bug
Currently, in version 42, water in rain barrel is updated only while it is raining
If you move to a region with rain barrel after the rain has stopped in another area,
the water that should have accumulated during the rain will not update and will instead be updated all at once the next time it rains. Enabling this option fixes this issue.
However, as the status of rain barrel is checked every 10 minutes, there may be slight frame drops depending on the number of rain barrels

2. Allow snow to fill the rain collector barrel
However, the fill speed is 1/4 that of rain.
