Description
This mod adds a simple betting mechanism for wars. You can bet on one side, and if that side wins, you get double your investment back.

Update: The Mod Now adds a Dynamic betting System (You can Disable it in the Game Rules).

The AI does not currently participate in the betting.

Localization available for English and German.

Current wars with the betting mechanism:
  • Dynamic System for bets [WIP]
  • Italo-Ethiopian War
  • Spanish Civil War
  • Second Sino-Japanese War
  • Winter War

Planned:
  • More payment variants

I originally created this mod as part of a multiplayer meme mod upon request and thought, why not upload it as a standalone mod ? (Thx Maier Zombies)

i dont know why but for wars if multiple countries are involved you get nothing when they are on the winning side

Everytime a war ends i get like 50+ popups and have to manually close them all, i like that you can bet on all wars now though

It should be added that if a countries puppet wins the war by technicality then the overlord also counts to winning so that when you invest in italy for the italian war and a coup happens
