Nuclear Devastation

Description
This mod is focused on making nuclear weapons more viable and more destructive.

Whenever you drop a nuke on your enemy, a "Devastation" modifier will apply to it. At levels four and five, the state descends into anarchy.
Dropping a nuke may cause the enemy to surrender and trigger a peace conference. Doing this against a faction leader will cause all faction members and leader puppets to be included in the conference.
Nuking a country too much will cause it to collapse into anarchy, as well as removing all of its cores (So that it´s really gone!)
Using too many nukes will cause the whole world to collapse into anarchy, ending everyones game
Nuclear, Rocket and Submarine research is boosted for players and can be customised in the Game Rules menu.

Patch 1.2.1:
- Removed the collapse´s focus tree (other than continuous focuses because that´s impossible as far as I know) (credit to Uglymunke for the idea)

Patch 1.2:
- Nukes will now kill population whenever dropped (credit to PuriPuriReek for the idea)
- States afflicted with Devastation will now lose population over time, rate depends on Devastation level
- Country Devastation now decays at a rate of 1 level per month

Patch 1.1.1
- Fixed civilisation always collapsing

Patch 1.1:
- Revamped the tech research speed bonus, the values can now be customised at the start of a new game from no buff to 50% buff, in increments of five percent (WARNING: any save started prior to this update will no longer have the old national spirit buff)
- Added the option to toggle country collapses, also in the Game Rules menu, note that the devastation spirit will still increase in strength, but without the collapse effect
- Added the Collapse of Civilisation: should enough nukes be dropped (500, regardless of type), everything will descend into anarchy and the game will end for everyone (WARNING: any save started prior to this update will have its doomsday clock at 0, meaning any nuclear bombing will immediately trigger this) (beware that transfering all states to anarchy is process intensive and might crash your game)
- Added the option to toggle civilisation collapse, once again, in the Game Rules menu
-FINAL WARNING: FOR REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE I HIGHLY RECCOMEND STARTING A NEW GAME

Patch 1.0.1:
- Changed thumbnail (this doesn´t mean nuclear artillery is ruled out)
- Nerfed triad research bonuses: 50% -> 10%
- Nerfed Rain of Ruin and A Terrible Resolve national spirit nuclear production bonuses: 50% -> 5%; 200% -> 15% respectively
- Enemies no longer capitulate instantly and instead evaluate this off of their power status and whether they are a faction leader

Please report any bugs or unexpected behavior.
Knowns issues here:
-The raid tooltips are messed up (but who reads them anyway)

Seems like a nice mod, but can you perhaps not call it "anarchy" because it has literally nothing to do with the political theory of anarchism. I get what it means but perhaps then just use the word "chaos" or whatever. This is just historically and politically inaccurate. amd I am not even yapping since there are literal anarchist focus trees and nations in HOI4

Why is it that when I destroy a country, not only its cores disappear, but also those of other countries?
