No, E&F requires a proper compatch of its own. I don't play E&F so it's a very low priority for me to consider it, though you can sponsor a patch to be made via my patreon.

Is there a way to integrate the E&F Railway Stocks? I couldn't make them work even I changed load order.

...those files don't interact with each other.
Morgenrotes entertainment need isn't affected by this mod.
mMoG_USU_pop_needs.txt isn't even the file from this mod, that's from the base mod.
and NONE of them touch the entertainment need...
That couldn't even work because morgenrotes pop need file is loaded after that one.

You have another mod that is messing with things.

"popneed_entertainment = { ... }" from mr_pop_needs.txt into mMoG_USU_pop_needs.txt

Was playing as japan, and the pop needs of books is gone,
thus only university department options use books, is this intended?

All your mods look very interesting. I will definitely test them. But not without Morgenröte. That's why I'm waiting for the moment until you update this patch. Is this the only patch necessary to be able to play your mods and Morgenröte together or should I consider something else when the time comes?

There's bug for the basic oil company, it should have an OR for either oil rigs or hydrogenation
