This modification for the game Hearts Of Iron 4 ONLY changes the images of portraits of Chinese, USA, USSR, Philippines leaders and military commanders to characters from the Hazbin Hotel.
Rosie instead of Joseph Stalin, since Alastor (Communist China) is directly dependent on her. All characters are taken from the animated series "Hazbin Hotel".
