Restore German Leaders Portrait

Description
This is a mod I made for personal needs.
It replaces the previous portraits of Hitler, Goering and Himmler. I did not like the new ones.
It also replaces the Inner Circle interface icons added in the Götterdämmerung DLC as well.
I know there is already a similar mod, but wanted to change all three at the same time.

i dont get what everyone has against new portraits. they look so much more like their real life counterparts and they just also overall look better
