Description
Focus change that adds Mikhail Tukhachevsky as a country leader for the Left Opposition path.
Mod replaces the "Reigniting The Revolutionary Spirit" focus.

New Portrait for Tukhachevsky.

This the Road to 56 version of this mod. Vanilla version exists here:

@domin8ting Soviets in R56 start with that amount of planes. They changed the plane counts for a lot nations.
