Eternal Northern Parliament
Units gain +10 Combat Strength and +2 Movement when they are in or adjacent to their home territory. Extra territory upon founding cities, your city can do "Construction Support" and cities within its 6 tiles can build an additional district. +1 Faith for every Tundra in your city. Can use Faith to unlock the Technologies and Civics.

Northern Parliament unique district, replacing Industrial Zone district, unlock earlier, cost less. The Soviet Industrial Base district is defensible with a ranged attack. Provides 2 Iron, Niter, Coal, Oil, Aluminium and Uranium (Corresponding resources must be unlocked), Strategic Resource Stockpiles increased +10 (on Standard Speed). +1 Production per turn for each Citizen in the city and +100% Production stored per turn. +2 Production bonus from each adjacent districts. Major adjacency bonus to adjacent districts.
National War Memorial
A building unique to Northern Parliament, replacing the Monument. City is always 100% Loyal and cannot be put under siege. +1 Food and +2 Production on all Tundra tiles for this city. Distircts adjacency bonus also provides Faith.
Soviet Academy of Sciences
A building unique to Northern Parliament, replacing the University. Soviet Academies of Sciences provide +2 Science and +2 Culture. Grants a free Great Scientist. Using Faith to unlock Technologies and Civics cost is reduced by 3%.
Project 1144 Orlan
Northern Parliament's unique Atomic era naval unit that replaces the Missile Cruiser, stronger than Missile Cruiser. Can be armed with nuclear weapons.
Avrora
Leader's Ability: Revolyutsiya
When changing governments all units +3 Combat Strength and gain the effects of the previous government, and all cities +1 Amenity and immediately complete production. When an Inspiration is triggered for a Civic that unlocks a government, that Civic will be completed. After killing a unit, you will receive Gold based on the Era Score you have.
