Wilbur's Flag: also Marks target on ranged attack (3 rds, 60% chance)
Crew's Bell: now on friendly skill Immobilize party and gives +5% PROT (2 rds)
Flesh's Heart: also heals hero for 5 HP on enemy hit and damages other party members for 2 HP
Siren's Conch: also forces ally to Guard hero on friendly skill and grants -20% stress if Guarding (2 rds)
Vvulf's Tassle: also gives +7%/10% crit vs Size 3/4 monsters and Marks attacker when hero was hit (3 rds, 75% chance)
Prophet's Eye: also gives -50% stress when walking backwards, on friendly skill buffs party for +3% death resist (3 rds)
Hag's Ladle: gives +20% disease resist, +15% disease resist buff on friendly skill and -30% heal received debuff on hit (2 rds, 140%)

It is impossible to add 1 additional action for the person who wears trinket. Anyway, such universal trinket will be too overpowered, because then you can form a party of 4 healers and attack+heal every turn, and give monsters no chance to kill any hero.

A bit about Commander's Orders
As the idea of ​​an additional action is great, so limiting this only for the crusader is boring.
So the idea is that (provided that it is possible) to remove the class restriction,
remove negative effects but add for example -20% max hp and -20dmg and add 1 additional action only for the person who wears it.
