Anyway, I want to voice some concerns about cohesion points. In vanilla, it is without fatigue so you can just stick with the same squad which making increase cohesion easily. However, with WotC, you can't field the same squad mission after mission, so, the point gain system is a lot slower if you stick with the original mod method.
Have you consider increase point gain per mission to offset the fatigue system in WotC?
