Functional Clothesline

Description
Build 42 Update

-Many clothing sprites have been added, the system is a work in progress but it will match a lot of clothes or pick a random one otherwise.

-Clothing Lines are craftable. The poles can be made in the build menu, they must face eachother in the same line with a max of 10 spaces between them, then you must have
the equivalent uses of wire in your inventory to add wire.

-the poles can be dismantled if there is no wire on them

-you can steal wire from clotheslines

General info

This mod makes the clothing lines you can find into functioning containers.

the center lines have a storage size of 2 and the outside has a storage of 1, based on the sprite visuals.

added a clotheshorse. it has 6 storage and can be moved and folded. drying indoors is slower than outside

clothes drying values have been adjusted. it is now -5 every 10 minutes and -2 when inside

If it is raining the clothes will get wet at a rate of +10 every 10 minutes, which is a little slower i think than if it is on the ground.

Sprites for the lines have now been randomized. I plan to add more sprites and maybe make them match the clothing items to an extent

Build 41

The ability to craft the clothing lines has been added! this requires the mod Building Menu . This is a soft require so if you do not desire to craft it then it will work without.

A big thanks to El1oN for making this possible and also giving code to optimize and fix parts of the existing mod!.

Added a submod for people who are adding this to a world that you have already started. When this submod is enabled you will get an option in the context menu when right-clicking on a clothesline
It will say "Make this functional", when you click it it should make the entire clothesline functional. When you are finished making the clotheslines in your world functional you can disable the mod and it should remain that way

Added submod that handles adding the ClothesLine and ClothesHorse to the BuildingMenu mod

Thanks to Jokemercy for making 3d model for the clothes horse

No fog and snow have no affect .and I don't think I'll be making any changes to the b41 version anymore

@Scott2277 no it just dries. I forgot I was gonna see about doing that. might be added after I finally come back and fix the sprites completely

If you leave dirty clothes out in the rain do they get clean?

For it to work you need the "BuildingMenu" mod for B42, but it's only available for B41.78, and they said it wouldn't be coming soon :(

@gunslinger ace, im waiting for build 43, but i do like so many modders be like "my work is done, no updates or mod needed for build 42"

@DD i understand, the newest build has everything handled in vanilla since it has a proper build menu it was easier to do myself

Regardless, cool idea for a mod.

@gunslinger We have hammers, sledgehammers, saws, concrete (b42 has masonry, correct me if i am wrong), i see know reason 4 metal pipes and some wire couldnt make this. Just be aware, i meant no hostility in my message, it was just seems that the realism argument is rather silly. Not every country anchors their washing lines in concrete as permanent fixtures. A wire between two objects tied works. Sure I get you are using in game assets, I have no issue with modders no longer updating B41, you gotta keep moving forward, I get that, Just consider it going forwards? Making another mod a dependency when it's possible to to so without doesn't seem logical. I know we can do the admin stuff, it's just you know how it is, its a little flow breaky haha.

I really dont know what country you live in where clotheslines require concrete for installation... It's a rarity here.
