Hello niche submodding community!! If you're reading this, then chances are likely you have either been playing OWB for a while and know what this mod used to be, or are just a furry (lol).
WELL, as a long-time avid enjoyer of these old "Deathclaw" mods, I present the most refurbished reuploading you're going to find anywhere!! THE- oh well I don't have a new title or anything so..

Description
"Deathclaws of Wyoming" or "Deathclaws++" or "Deathclaws+++" is a long series of hand-me-down submods for "Old World Blues" that have surfaced and quietly sunk over the years that tried to give you an idea of what it may be like in the wastes if the intelligent deathclaws of Vault 13 survived and multiplied-- or, maybe that was the goal? I'm not really... sure anymore- unfortunately by nature of communities, the mods really began tanking under fanservice that had nothing to do with Fallout and are more just incomprehensible meme husks than anything (I don't think any of these modders even know what "Grand Teton" is lmao); they were cool at the time when there was nothing else on the market.

As a courtesy to all of the poor souls begging for this to be updated, this mod was COMPREHENSIBLY fixed up to function ENOUGH to not cause massive errors or CTD. BY NO MEANS IS THE CONTENT REBALANCED, EXPANDED, OR RECREATED!!! This is an archive afterall.

This specific mod contains an unknown author's development of the series (it got deleted but I happened to have a copy), with some light tweaks, and was made to function with UPDATE 5.0.8 (1.14.7+ hopefully)! Credits to them and all the unsung heroes in-between for the work put forward; images, ideas, code galore.

The Future
I will not be moving forward with any updates on this mod due to its extreme age, and the nature of its pass down. If you would like to see a much more expansive and organized retelling of this concept, I am building an entire new mod from the ground up completely removed from this. Stay tuned in the meantime!!! :D

Well, whenever the revamp gets done, please let the discord know! I love Deathclaws and want the intelligent ones to have more of a story.

Im not sure if its due to an incompatible submod but this mod causes a ctd on completion of the red death focus. an accompanying "Error: "Malformed token: Human Infantry, near line: 45" in file: "history/units/TWD_2215.txt" seems to be the cause. just deleting the txt file seemed to fix the crash

Oh hello! You live! Thanks for the re-assurance, the revamp mod will be a spiritual successor! (I am a big fan of your focus tree vs the later remixes)

Howdy y'all. Original dev here. The reason for all the crashiness and stuff was due to me trying to carve a new country out of what used to be no man's land. Had to edit all kinds of core files to get it to function. Then I got a job in OTR trucking and had little time for quite a while, then lost motivation eventually as the official mod started filling the map out more.

I know it's just an archive but I'd never ask this guy to take it down, and I hope they do good with their remake. If they want to talk to me, just ping tiberiumdeathclaw in the owb discord.

Unfortunately the latest updates to OWB made it so that this mod's building list was causing CTD. I was forced to delete the file, but leave the nest as its own file, meaning it's still technically there but the menu now refuses to organize space for it. (It's hiding under "Convert")

I was hoping this wouldn't change gameplay too much, as, far as I'm concerned you SHOULD be able to click the nests on a state and it will allow you to build more copies of it. It's annoying but, this is an archive.

sorry if this is a stupid question but why cant we manually build deathclaw nest? Like in the build menu where we have civs and mills used to be deathclaw nest did that change recently or was I sleeping lol

@Wolfsknuddler in this version they made it so that having nests should automatically generate deathclaws. The other mod, Deathclaws++, retains the original concept; in my new mod I temporarily have that also because I too liked that rather.
