OWB Lanius un debuffed for blue rose rework

In the Blue Rose Society Rework mod Lanius's Cohort has several of there divisions removed to make the Blue Rose Society easier to play. This mod restores those divisions.

This makes things a bit harder but its still very doable and know when these nations are in the AI's hands Lanius has a mauch better chance to win. Thats proably not a concern for most but I like adding submods to give more focus trees to the game even if I'm not going to be playing them so if any one else do to I uploaded this.
