Community Portrait Pack Expanded

This is an optional submod for my main mod 'Community Portrait Pack' (it won't work without it).

It unlocks unique portraits for characters (mostly advisors), via scripting, which modifies the checksum and prevents achievements.

It can also assigns different portraits for a same character (3 possible catagories civil/army/navy, for large and advisor portraits).

At the moment, the script is fired at the begining of a campaign (1936 or 1939), so it will only affect new games.

It might also be used in the future to change the pool of generic portraits for random militaries depending on the game events (ie. no portraits Requetes in Franco's army after the Carlist uprising).
