Mod Description

MAKE SURE YOU DISABLE STAMINA FOR ALL POWER ARMOUR UNITS

This mod adds the brotherhood of steel as seen in most of the various games and show. They are a technology-focused paramilitary cult with chapters operating across the territory of the former United States. The Brotherhood's core purpose is to preserve advanced technology and regulate its usage. This is because they believe humanity cannot be trusted with the means to destroy itself, and they acquire technology to prevent another apocalypse. They are not known for sharing their knowledge, even if doing so would improve the quality of life among the people of the wasteland.

Due to the fragmented nature of the Brotherhood, existing in multiple Expeditionary Forces (known as "Chapters"), a set structure is hard to follow. All Chapters follow a chain of command known as "The Chain That Binds", with four ranks used universally by all. These are, in ascending importance, Initiate, Knight, Paladin, and Elder. All Chapters stem from the original Western Brotherhood and usually take on names relating to their location.


Initiate:
Initiate is one of the lowest ranks in the Brotherhood of Steel's rank system. The precise definition of the rank appears to vary between the regional chapters.The West Coast division uses the term to indicate a mere trainee as having been initiated into the Brotherhood, whereas the other two reserve that title until the recruit has completed initial training.


Scribe:
Scribes are tasked with creating and keeping records of the technology recovered and used by the Brotherhood and experimenting with new weapons and other useful devices to be used in the field by the knights and paladins. Scribes rarely leave the safety of the BoS bunkers, but they are sometimes called into the field to examine a piece of technology or perform a task beyond the skills of the Brotherhood soldiers. The attitude of many scribes in the Brotherhood can be described as techno-centric. While a great number study history and cultures, the majority of scribes focus their studies on subjects related to the acquisition, repair, or creation of technology.


Knight:
Knights are responsible for manufacturing and repairing weapons and other pieces of technology. After many years of service and experience, the best knights are promoted to paladins, the pinnacle of the Brotherhood military. The next rank is senior knight, and finally, the leader of the order is the head knight. In the East Coast chapter, "knight" is a strictly military rank and the scribes are the ones responsible for manufacturing technology there.


Paladin:
They are likened to the scribes of the Brotherhood as being on the same level, but with a different purpose. They are the protectors of the Brotherhood, fighting and protecting its interests across the wasteland, equipped with power armour and an array of lethal weapons.

Q: What is a alive faction mod?
A: It is a mod made using the ALiVE mod, all done ingame. It replaces the base units default loadout on spawn & initialization with the loadouts I have created, that is why you need the mod if you with to make changes. see last pic above to find out how.

Q: How do i adjust how many hits they take?

open link, click on name of mod at top, download mod, unzip & move mod folder to desktop (or were ever you like), open arma 3 launcher, click open local mod & select mod folder. tutorial vid in slideshow above

it would be cool if the power armour had the same sort of system that you see in "There is only war" for supermarines.
because in fallout 1 and 2 (and 4) the power armour is super big and bulky like a mechsuit, thatd be really cool to see for this to be implemented, would make the power armour way more intimidating
