Adds a new costume based on Peachette from New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe! Peachette's Dress also allows you to gently glide while holding down the jump button, can be enable or disabled in the Mod Config!

***NOTE: THE GLIDE ABILITY CANNOT BE USED IN VANESSA'S CURSE***

I thought a rerelease would have been better cause I've redone pretty much everything, as well as including a new ability not featured in the old mod.
