Vive la République ! (France rework)

Description
This mod features a full rework of France, including :

- A focus tree with almost 450 focuses
- New starting mechanics (in particular Political Violence and Disjointed Government)
- Events and decisions
- Advisors
- New leaders

### Focus Tree ###

-Develop your economy and choose between improving (and sometimes expanding) your large colonial empire or giving autonomy to your colonies.

-Prepare your armed forces for the next wars.

Explore the different possible political paths for France and change its destiny :

-Prepare the Anarchist Uprising to topple the government and expand anarchism to France and the world.

-Launch a military coup and replace the republican government by a military committee to prepare France for the wars to come.

-Join the revolution and establish a communist government of your choice. You can then choose between allying a major communist power, create the European Federation and support communist revolutions all around Europe or expand your nation of socialism and conquer your neighbors.

-Defend democracy by putting one of four governments in power (Socialists, Radicals, Liberals and Conservatives).

-Give power to the fasc leagues and elevate one of them into power. Choose between allying Germany, creating an alliance around the latin countries, creating an alliance to surround and divide Germany or simply conquering the whole of Europe for yourself.

-Restore the monarchy and decide which pretender to crown. You can choose between the Orléanists (with which you will oppose the aggressive powers of Europe and either ally with Britain or start your own faction), the Legitimists (in order to extend your influence to Spain and create an alliance to either expand your territories or maintain peace and stability over the continent) or the Bonapartists (to invade the whole of Europe and beyond, what else did you expect ?).

### New Mechanics ###

To represent the difficult political situation in France, the Political violence and Disjointed government spirits have been expanded into their own mechanics. It will be more difficult to get rid of either of these spirits. Political violence will also have a tendency to get worse if you drift to the extremes.

### Advisors and Leaders ###

New advisors and leaders have been added to give more possibilities.

### Beta ###

The mod is currently in beta-mode. This is a one-man project and there might be some small bugs or missing localisation. I will fix and correct the mod over time but this might take a little bit of time.

it is also planned to add content to Free France and Vichy France.

### Required DLC ###

As this mod heavily uses code and assets from the French Focus Tree from the “La Résistance” DLC, this DLC is required to play the mod as it would otherwise create issues.

### Discord ###

There is a Discord server for the mod. You can access it with this link :

My suggestion to anyone looking to play this mod is to use either the console or Toolpack to just annex the rebellion when it occurs, otherwise you'll probably just get eaten by Germany before you can recover.

This mod is great except for the shitty civil war mechanics. Not even entirely sure if it's possible to avoid it on certain paths since this mod basically prevents you from gaining the PP required to use the decisions. I would either force the civil war or remove these mechanics entirely as in their current state it's just not functional. Good aside from that massive stain though, keep it up!
is it possible to not have a civil war in this mod?

I don't know if its a bug or if I did something wrong but the focus "Reform the army" once completed does not end the penalties linked to "winner of the great war"status, although it says it does.

This mod is so great you have to constantly look at your decisions to not go into civil war and there's no way to get rid of it and it makes the game challenging.
