Ultimate Cities Towns Merge

In 1 collection by pickgag
UWE / Kaizo Expanded: ~500 Mods
528 items
Description
This mod merges cities and towns found in Towns Expansion by TKrazy, Cities and Towns Rework by GERGIN GORUNUSLU ADAM, the Expanded Cities series by ZarkXav, the Expanded series by MasterSteve343, and one Heft Re-Imagined by Diogenes of Sinope to bring you the ultimate expansion to vanilla cities found in Steam's Kenshi Workshop today!

This was done by using the Merge Mod feature in FCS with the correct zone files included from Towns Expansion and Cities and Towns Rework being replaced by those found in the rest of the mods. The end result is full compatibility between the entire collection! You will find no overlapping buildings or walls and all of the assets from the mods were kept.

Do not use this mod with any mod that alters the listed cities and towns. This will lead to overlapping buildings and walls and other undefined behavior. Do not use my Mega Cities Towns Merge with this mod. This mod belongs after your world state mods in your load order, I found good testing with UWE. This mod is incompatible with UWE, but I made a patch: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3208195196

The credit for all of these mods belongs to their original authors. I put in the work to make it all compatible, but I urge anybody checking out this mod to check out their original works. It's a merge of 14 mods from the authors listed previously.

*UPDATE 9/1/24* The latest version of The Hub from TKrazy's Towns Expansion has replaced ZarkXav's Expanded Cities version of The Hub. South Hub has been kept, and it looks great! The section of the Hub Outskirts and Fallen Fort (formally Helvetek Fort) have been added as well!

Is there a fix to the amount of npc's in sho-battai? seems like theres way more people there than there should be, theres a ton of people just standing around in the middle of town or sitting in shops. Only town I've seen with this issue so far

Hey guys, if the chaos in the Hub giving you a headache, you might want to try this mod I found: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3381761282 . It makes the Hub peaceful.

Anyone have any issues with Bast? Seems there's 2 cities on top of each other making it a bit buggy. Don't know what could be messing with it as this is the only mod that modifies towns, unless reactive world does that in which case this might be the issue

There's a patch to reduce the factions added by this mod and preserve some coherence -. Search for UCTM on workshop.

The post beneath mine is exactly correct. The Hub Mod is a very cool idea but the factions literally fight so often that the town becomes a wasteland.

The Hub has far too much in-fighting. It's an interesting idea, at first, but sticking around for more than 48 hours turns the place into a ghost town. Merchants are constantly running off to help allies and end up fighting otherwise neutral factions for being 'Troublemakers'.

I agree with @Phoenix here, couple of months ago Sho-Battai and The Hub had the forgotten buildings, in effect reducing the polygon count while retaining some of the size it currently has, even on a 4090/13900k setup I went down from 60 to 40 fps on those cities now.

I recently played after a while. But now I have graphical issues in the hub area like overlapping buildings and other structures. I didnt add any other mod, nor I am using another one modifying that place. The problems were not present with the former version of this mod.
