Millennium Dawn: Hungary

The Millennium Dawn: Hungary Mod, serving as a submod for the Millennium Dawn, is a modification designed for Hearts of Iron 4, aiming to enhance the gameplay experience focusing on Hungary in the modern world.
Among the completed developments are the integration into the Hungarian national focus tree, the addition of new events and decisions, and the introduction of historical point-based economic and military developments.
With this mod, players can immerse themselves in Hungarian history in the modern era and have the opportunity to rewrite or revive history from the perspective of the Hungarian people.

Szia! Köszönöm a dicséretet. Félig nyitott ajtókat döngetsz, tervben van a külpolitika felokosítása, de jelenleg egy nagyobb zöld projekt van terítéken, és amíg az nincs kész, addig más nagyobb lélegzetvételű dologról nem lehet szó.

Szia, nagyon fasza a mod! Elképesztő, hogy még nem rakták bele Magyarországot a Millennium Dawn-ba, pedig már egyre nagyobb szerepünk van a geopolitikában. Esetleg tudnátok több politikai lehetőséget/döntést hozzáadni a nagyhatalmakkal való szövetséghez (Kína, Oroszország, Amerika)? Például Kárpátalja felosztása Oroszországgal, amerikai NATO-bázisok, erősebb kínai befolyás stb. Köszi!

Thank you. I don't know what will happen to the party, whether it will even stay together until the next election, but I couldn't ignore the 30% they got. Since I don't know of any specifics, consider the branch a kind of thought experiment.

If you want a very short answer, I’d say it’s because their worldview simply doesn’t align with it.
So, several factors are at play here. First, the MSZP (Hungarian Socialist Party) is the successor of the former MSZMP, the communist state party. While the ideology has softened on many points, sometimes even flipped completely, they remain firm on certain issues. The question of monarchy—specifically the form of government—falls into this category. For them, only a republic is acceptable, and specifically the current type. For instance, they would oppose a presidential republic like those in France or the USA.
