  • Correct promotion text to match Nerevatar's modifications
  • Reset GlobalParameters and number of Rockband Promotion choices back to base game

Performed a test with GS, R&F, all DLC, this mod, Nere's Rebalanced Rock Bands , and Leugi's Monopoly++: Celebrities .

Unable to reproduce the issue you describe: a Celebrity was able to walk into opposing Civilization's borders without any problems. Tested with opposing Civilizations both with and without the "Early Empire" ability to enforce borders.

Hey, Im running this mod alongside the celebrities mod and I cant seem to enter anyone's borders despite them not being far enough on the civic tree to ban them from entering the borders. Having open borders works however; would you happen to know what could be causing this?
