Sharing my (WIP) configs to increase support for languages other than English. If you are a returning user the recently added voicepacks will be at the bottom for covenience

Please do not send me messages like "Ukrainians don't speak Russian" or "Indian is not a language". The intended audience are English speakers who aren't native speakers of non-English languages.

The "languages" here are a shortcoming of a general lack of non-English voice packs. If you feel so strongly about these issues feel free to upload a voice pack so I can amend the issues; or just don't use or download that voice pack.

You can pick and choose from the voice packs; however, if you do not download my configs you won't get the intended changes.

I wish for this collection to serve as a resource for the community for easy access to languages that aren't well supported by the base game. I am familiar with a few languages, other than English, and found it frustrating when my Brazillian XCOM operatives were speaking Español instead of Português. I love playing with a diverse XCOM roster that includes languages spoken from all over the world.

The main objective here is not to include every voice pack, because that would be trivial and there wouldn't be any need for this collection, but to achieve a modest variety of non-English male and female voices. If a popular voice pack exists and is excluded it is probably because I think there's enough representation for that language. Feel free to leave suggestions if you think I've made a particularly egregious mistake.

I will be sharing my configs and am also looking for suggestions for mods that represent languages that this collection doesn't include already. For example, one of many shortcomings of this list is that many female Chinese soldiers will sound like Mei from Overwatch. This is because I could not find more female Chinese voice packs.
Russian is by far the most supported non-English language and has high representation; the reason for having so many Russian voices is that I've assigned the language to many countries where Russian is one of the more common languages spoken. This collection doesn't do a good job representing countries that speak a diverse range of languages. No offense is intended.

One solution I've yet to implement is to allocate the vanilla voices for languages that don't have a lot of support. That way they will still have native language support while keeping variety in available voices.

If this collection has enough interest I might re-do the languages. One idea I had was to create "clones" of the existing voices and assign them to a "country" instead of a "language". That way countries that speak more than one language would be better represented. That would take time which I currently don't have
